Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Altaflip account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Altaflip account and all associated data, please send an email to us with the following information:
Email: admin@altaflip.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include in your email:
- The email address associated with your account (if you signed in with Google or Apple)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your Firebase account and authentication data
- Any backed up data in our cloud services
- Trial and subscription status records
- Referral code data
Local Data
Please note that session data stored locally on your device will remain until you manually delete it by:
- Uninstalling the app, or
- Clearing app data in your device settings
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all premium features and subscriptions
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play or Apple App Store separately
- After deletion, you can create a new account, but previous data cannot be recovered
